Web 2.0 & Library 2.0

Libraries are constantly evolving and technology gives us unlimited new ways to reach current patrons and new patrons.  I know libraries are already doing a great job of communicating with patrons as they enter our library and use our services, but I think our new mandate is to be able to reach our patrons outside our library doors anywhere, anytime.  Technology gives us that power.
